Residential Dining serves more than 2.7 million meals annually, at four locations— De La Guerra, Carrillo, Ortega, and Portola Dining Commons, and serves a student resident population of more than 5,500 during the academic year, as well as visitors, conferees and guests during the summer months. Residents are offered a variety of meal plan options that are flexible and are included with room and board fees. For students living off-campus and attending UCSB, Residential Dining provides Off Campus Meal Plan options and during the summer offers Summer Meal Plan options. Located on the main level of the University Center (UCen) are Starbucks, Jamba Juice, and the Corner Store which is across from Storke Tower. On the lower level is Panda Express, Root Burger, Subway, Santorini Greek Island Grill, and Romaines. All UCen Dining facilities are open weekdays, some late night, and several are open weekends. In addition to those located in the UCen, there are several dining options around campus. The Arbor, located across from the library, offers a convenience store, Woodstock’s Pizza, Subway, and a walk-up coffee and espresso bar. The Arbor is open seven days a week and most evenings. The Summit Cafe, located in the Library, is open Monday-Friday. The Store at Buchanan, in Buchanan Hall, is a small convenience store. Coral Tree Cafe and Courtyard Cafe offer breakfast and lunch selections along with many grab and go items. For students living in UCSB apartments or Santa Catalina Residence Hall, Tenaya Market & Eatery is a nearby full-service market that combines convenience store staples with grocery store items, as well as a coffee bar and made-to-order hot entrées.
